Antrim man is accused of stealing beard trimmers and razor blades worth over £700

A MAN is accused of stealing beard trimmers and razor blades worth over £700 from Tesco in Crumlin.

Gerard O'Neill (30), of no fixed abode in Antrim, is charged in relation to July 28 this year.

He is also accused of attempting to steal six electric toothbrushes worth £240 from the store on July 29 this year.

Antrim Magistrates Court, sitting in Ballymena, heard he had 121 previous convictions.

The case has been adjourned to August 17.
