Antrim man is accused of string of burglaries

AN Antrim town man is accused of several burglaries.

Liam Daniel Valliday (31), of Suffolk Square, is accused of stealing cigarettes, cards and cash from a dwelling at Bleerick Drive in Antrim on September 8 last year.

He is also accused of stealing 50 grammes of tobacco and a tobacco tin during a burglary at Suffolk Close in Antrim on January 25 this year.

The defendant is further charged with stealing cash from a dwelling at Rosevale in Antrim on February 19 this year and jewellery from another address at Rosevale on the same date.

At Antrim Magistrates Court, sitting in Ballymena, the case was adjourned to August 3.
