Ballymena man admits stealing hundreds of pounds worth of alcohol

A BALLYMENA man has admitted stealing hundreds of pounds worth of items including alcohol.

Justin Dunlop (29), who told the court he lives at Kincora in the town, admitted stealing alcohol worth £270 from Sainsbury's and alcohol worth £126 from Tesco in Antrim on the same date - August 14 this year.

In August 2019 he took items worth £194 from Tesco including phones and a TV bracket

He also took groceries worth £34 from Tesco in September, 2019.

At Ballymena Magistrates Court the cases were adjourned to December 9 for a pre-sentence report.
