Ballymena man is accused of making threat to kill

A BALLYMENA man is accused of making a threat to kill and threatening to damage a property in the Portglenone area.

Matthew Doey (24), of Arran Avenue, is charged in relation to April 7 this year and is also accused of improper use of a public communications network and causing criminal damage to the windscreen of an Audi A3.

At Ballymena Magistrates Court, where the defence solicitor was Stewart Ballentine, the case was adjourned to December 2.
