Bangor woman is accused of 'harassment' of emergency services

A BANGOR woman is charged with harassment of 'emergency services, police and hospitals'.

Alice Izett (20), of Whitehill Pass, is charged in connection with the period from June to August last year.

She is also charged with wasting police time by 'knowingly making to the emergency services a false report or statement giving rise to apprehension for the safety of herself' and improper use of a public communications network last summer.

She is also charged with wasting police time by making, to a doctor, a 'false report or statement giving rise to apprehension for the safety' of herself on March 5 this year.

At Newtownards Magistrates' Court the cases were adjourned to July 28.
