Bellaghy man is accused using vehicle in 'dangerous condition'

A MAN with a Bellaghy address is accused of using a vehicle in a 'dangerous condition'.

Stephen Thomas Porter (37), of Bawn View, is also charged with driving whilst disqualified at Stiles Way in Antrim town and obstruction of a police officer.

The charges relate to September 21 this year.

At Antrim Magistrates Court, sitting in Ballymena, the case was adjourned to December 7.
