‘Blackout’ woman claims she can’t remember alleged incident in Ballymena

A DEFENCE solicitor said his client had a “black out” and can’t remember an alleged incident on April 3 this year.

Sharon Smylie (30), of Chichester Park East, Ballymena, is charged with assaulting two police officers; resisting and obstructing one of the officers and being disorderly at Larne Road in Ballymena.

At Ballymena Magistrates Court the case was adjourned to July 1.
