Carrickfergus man caught with cannabis bong

POLICE stopped a vehicle at Woodburn Road in Carrickfergus and after a "distinct smell of cannabis" was detected a passenger produced a bong containing a small amount of the drug.

Tyler Johnston (21), of Model Avenue, Carrick, admitted possessing the Class B drug in relation to December 10, 2019.

At Ballymena Magistrates Court he was fined £100.
