County Antrim man is accused of possessing 'brush shaft' as offensive weapon

A CULLYBACKEY man is accused of causing grievous bodily harm on a male with intent and possessing what is referred to on the charge sheet as a 'brush/brush shaft' as an offensive weapon.

Stephen William Meeke (58), of Station Road, is charged in relation to May 27 this year and at Ballymena Magistrates Court the case was adjourned to September 9.
