County Antrim woman admits contravening covid regulations

A WOMAN with a Larne address has admitted contravening covid regulations.

Chelsea Holden (24), of Priory Gardens, committed the offence on January 17 this year.

The full details have yet to be outlined to Ballymena Magistrates Court.

She also admitted assaulting a number of police officers and a 'police designated person' on February 7, 2020.

She was in possession of cannabis on February 27, 2020.

The defendant assaulted a person on July 21, 2020.

A defence lawyer said he defendant "has had a chronic heroin addiction".

The case was adjourned to August 19.
