A PORTAVOGIE man is charged with using a 'ride-on lawnmower' without insurance in a 'public place' and dangerous driving is contesting the case.
Stephen Thomas Samuel Cully (37), of Lawson Gardens, is charged in relation to Lawson Gardens on June 9 this year.
The defendant is also charged with failing to stop, remain and report an accident 'whereby injury was caused to a person other than' himself.
