Court hears 'air rage' woman has kept out of trouble

A WOMAN who was involved in an 'air rage' incident has kept out of trouble since her case was deferred in April this year, Antrim Magistrates Court, sitting in Ballymena, heard on Tuesday.

Sarah McGuire (40), of Tyrconnell Street in Derry/Londonderry, had been due to be sentenced on Tuesday but it has been adjourned to October 26.

The defendant's charges included assault; being disorderly at Belfast International Airport; failing to obey a pilot's command; and behaving in a threatening, abusive, insulting or disorderly manner towards a crew member.

The charges relate to October 18, 2020.
