Court hears ambulance was called to collision near Toomebridge

A MAN who admitted driving without due care and attention in relation to a collision near the entrance to a filling station on the Roguery Road near Toomebridge has been given three penalty points and fined £200.
Stephen Watson (61), a security guard of Brae Side, Comber, caused a collision on April 7 this year which resulted in "extensive" damage to both vehicles.
Ambulance staff were called to the scene, a prosecutor told Antrim Magistrates Court, sitting in Ballymena.
The defendant said it had been a "lapse of concentration for a split second".
