A BRICK thrown through a kitchen window in Bangor had a note wrapped around it which said 'This is what happens to scammers. The next time it won't be a brick'.
Anton McCann (19), with an address listed as Old Suffolk Road in Belfast, pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage on March 18 this year.
A prosecutor told Newtownards Magistrates' Court the householder believed it was a "case of mistaken identity".
The note was forensically examined and the defendant was identified by his fingerprints.
The case was adjourned to mid-June for a pre-sentence report.
