Court hears of alleged 'silly string' incident

A 19-year-old Conlig man denies causing criminal damage to a car after Newtownards Magistrates' Court heard "silly string" was allegedly sprayed.

Zack Braniff, of Ardvanagh Meadows, is charged in relation to July 5 last year.

District Judge Mark Hamill said an issue may be if any damage was caused to the vehicle.

The case has been adjourned to June 1 to fix a date for a contest.
