Court in County Antrim hears of poultry house allegations

A DEFENCE barrister for a woman accused of the burglary of a poultry house at Ballymacvea Road between Antrim town and Ballymena on July 13 this year when chickens were allegedly stolen says he will be talking with prosecutors about "potential alternative options".

Lawyer Ben Thompson was speaking at Ballymena Magistrates Court regarding Tuesday Sophia Dickson (34), of Wesley Street, Lisburn.

The case has been adjourned to November 4.
