A COURT heard a "good citizen" reported a suspected drink driver in the Ardglass area and when the vehicle was stopped by police at Saintfield the motorist was over the limit.
John Maguire (53), of Oranmore Drive, Belfast, was detected on July 19 this year.
He had a reading of 52 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath - the legal limit is 35.
