Man (62) accused of breaching Sex Offences Order

A 62-YEAR-OLD man accused of breaching a Sexual Offences Prevention Order (SOPO) by allegedly being 'in the company of a child' at Bangor Train Station has had the case further adjourned to January 13.

Gary Collins, with an address given on the charge sheet as St Paul's Fold, Belfast, is charged in relation to October 7, 2021.

He is also accused of another breach of the SOPO relating to May, 2021 - the charge being that 'without reasonable excuse entered into a relationship with ... (a female) ... without verifiable disclosure having been made'.
