Man is accused of failing to remain and report accident in which 'animal was injured' at the Ecos Park in Ballymena

A MAN with a Glenariff address is accused of failing to remain and report an accident in which an animal was injured whilst he allegedly had driven without due care and attention at the Ecos Park in Ballymena.

Brendan Major (66), of Glasmullen Road, is charged in relation to April 6 this year.

A 'not guilty' plea was entered at Ballymena Magistrates Court and the case has been adjourned to October 28 to fix a date for a contest.
