Man is accused of having hammer as offensive weapon at Hope Street

A MAN with a Broughshane address is charged with having a hammer as an offensive weapon at Hope Street in Ballymena.

Phillip Mitchell (23), of Rocavan Meadow, is charged in relation to March 7 this year.

The case, at Ballymena Magistrates Court, was adjourned to August 5.
