Man is accused of 'lewd act' at 'rear window' in Ballymena

A MAN is accused of committing an 'act of a lewd, obscene and disgusting nature and outraging public decency by masturbating outside a rear window of a private house'.

David Andrew Mitchell (36), with an address listed as Patrick Place in Ballymena, is also charged with possessing cannabis on the same occasion - September 15 this year.

No further details were given to Ballymena Magistrates Court on Thursday and the case was adjourned to December 9.
