A MAN accused of voyeurism had the case further adjourned at Ballymena Magistrates Court.
Damien Mark Birch (29), with an address listed as Thorndale Avenue in Belfast, is charged in relation to January 5 this year, which is the date given on the charge sheet.
The specifics of the voyeurism charge are that 'for the purpose of sexual gratification', he observed a woman 'doing a private act'.
He is also charged with being in charge of a vehicle whilst unfit on January 9 this year; possession of Xanax and herbal cannabis on the same date and causing criminal damage to the same woman's mobile phone.
Also on January 9 he is charged with attempting to damage a police vehicle; damaging police vehicles; assaulting police; damaging a car windscreen belonging to the woman; failing to provide a specimen to police; aggravated taking and causing damage to a vehicle; dangerous driving and other driving offences.
Also on January 9 he is alleged to have made a threat to kill and allegedly attempted to 'choke' the woman.
He allegedly caused damage to a wall at 'Dream Apartments' on New Year's Day this year and he allegedly assaulted and 'imprisoned' the woman on an occasion in September last year.
The full details were not outlined to the court and the case has been further adjourned to April 28 to fix a date for a Preliminary Enquiry - the legal step to potentially send the case to the Crown Court.
