Man received £110 for two 'for sale' Gerry Cinnamon concert tickets but then failed to hand them over

A MAN who failed to hand over two tickets for a concert by singer Gerry Cinnamon despite receiving £110 after advertising them for sale has admitted theft.

Cathan Quinn (25), with an address listed as Wesleyann Mews, Magherafelt, committed the offence in December, 2018.

At Ballymena Magistrates Court this week, District Judge Nigel Broderick said it was a "nasty" offence.

The court heard the money had yet to be paid back.

Full details have yet to be outlined and the case was adjourned to December 14.
