Man was disorderly at 4.15am in Gracehill

A MAN who shouted and swore at Royal Court Mews, Gracehill, at 4.15am on July 8 this year has been put on Probation for a year with a condition that he attends addiction counseling.

Steven McCloskey (31), of Groves End Gardens, Coleraine, admitted being disorderly.

A defence solicitor said the defendant had an "ongoing battle" with "substance misuse".

District Judge Nigel Broderick said the defendant had an "atrocious" record with 115 previous convictions.
