Man with Ballymena address admits cannabis offence

A MAN has admitted being in possession of cannabis.

Zoltan Dobie (49), of Drumtara, Ballymena, had the offence detected on April 13 this year.

A defence solicitor told Ballymena Magistrates Court the defendant is originally from Hungary.

The lawyer said it was a small amount of drugs.

The court heard the defendant has "mental health issues".

The case was adjourned to July 15.
