Man with County Armagh address is accused of possessing drugs including Ecstasy with intent to supply

A MAN with an address listed as the Portadown area faces a number of drugs charges.

David Samuel Gordon (34), of Moss Bank Road - but now said to be living in Scotland - is charged in relation to October, 2019.

He is charged with possessing MDMA (also known as Ecstasy), cannabis and Alprazolam with intent to supply and attempting to possess Diazepam with intent to supply.

He is also accused of possessing MDMA, cannabis and Alprazolam.

At Ballymena Magistrates Court the case was adjourned to November 18 to fix a date for a Preliminary Enquiry - the legal step to send a case to the Crown Court.
