Man with County Tyrone address is accused of being 'pedlar without certificate'

A MAN with a Coalisland address is charged with 'acting as a pedlar without a certificate'.

Bernard Joseph McDonagh (45), of Pinebank Gardens, is accused in relation to September 3 last year.

At Antrim Magistrates Court, sitting in Ballymena, the case was adjourned to March 22.
