Man with Kells address is accused of having knife with intent to commit offence

A MAN with a Kells address who faces charges including possessing a knife with intent to commit an offence has had the matter sent to Antrim Crown Court for arraignment on February 24.

Philip David Dawson (37), of Templemoyle, is charged in relation to dates in 2019 and 2020.

He is also accused of assaults; attempted grievous bodily harm with intent; threats to kill; harassment; criminal damage to a car and mobile phone and the theft of £250.

The defendant was at Ballymena Magistrates Court where he was given continuing bail.
