TWO men are accused of improper use of a public electronic communications network by allegedly sending a message of a 'menacing character'.
The accused are Brian David Dean (55),with an address given as in Scotland, and the other is Christopher Gates (24), with an address in County Tyrone.
They each face the same charge relating to October 20, 2020.
The cases were mentioned at Antrim Magistrates' Court, sitting in Ballymena.
A defence lawyer for both men said they were pleading not guilty.
No further details were given to the court and the case was adjourned to August 16.
