Motorist fined after crossroads collision near Crumlin

A MOTORIST who caused a collision at a crossroads near Crumlin has been banned from driving for six months and fined £200.

Eoin Meehan (21), a university student, of Camlin Park, Crumlin, admitted driving without due care and attention at the junction of Poplar Road and Ballydonaghy Road on September 11, 2021.

Ballymena Magistrates Court heard the defendant's vehicle and another vehicle "spun off" the road following the collision and "all parties" had to attend hospital.
