Portavogie man is accused of 'dangerous driving' and using 'ride-on lawnmower' without insurance

A PORTAVOGIE man is charged with using a 'ride-on lawnmower' without insurance in a 'public place' and is also accused, according to the charge sheet, of dangerous driving.

Stephen Thomas Samuel Cully (37), of Lawson Gardens, is charged in relation to Lawson Gardens on June 9 this year.

The defendant is also charged with failing to stop, remain and report an accident 'whereby injury was caused to a person other than' himself.

Full details were not outlined to Newtownards Magistrates Court and the case was adjourned to November 22.
