Portglenone man is accused of making threats to kill

A 19-year-old from Ballynafie Road, Portglenone, is accused of threatening to kill two woman and a man.

Jack McFall is charged in relation to June 25 this year.

The defendant is also accused of making a threat to one of the women that a property at Nursery Close in Ballymena would be destroyed.

The defendant is also charged with attempting to damage a front door belonging to one of the women at Dunclug Gardens, Ballymena.

The defendant is further accused of assaulting two police officers; resisting one of the officers and causing criminal damage to a police vehicle and a PSNI body-worn camera.

The defendant is also charged with driving without due care and attention at Carmagrim Road, Portglenone, and using a vehicle with a 'blown out tyre' and 'shattered front windscreen' in a 'dangerous' condition.

At Ballymena Magistrates Court the case was adjourned to August 12.
