Portglenone woman is alleged to have stolen £100,000 from Antrim Enterprise Agency

A WOMAN is accused of stealing £100,000 from Antrim Enterprise Agency.

Nuala McLaughlin (48), of Mansefield Heights, Portglenone, is also alleged to have committed 'fraud by abuse of position' in relation to Antrim Enterprise Agency.

The charges relate to the period from July 2013 to December 2019.

The alleged amount involved is £100,656, Court News NI can report.

The defendant appeared at Antrim Magistrates Court, sitting in Ballymena.

During a Preliminary Enquiry the case was sent to Antrim Crown Court on April 7 and the defendant was given £500 bail.
