Two people accused of 'making off without paying £1,193' bill at Rosspark Hotel near Ballymena have cases further adjourned

TWO people accused of 'making off without paying' for 'accommodation and associated sundries' in the sum of '£1,193' at the Rosspark Hotel near Ballymena have had their cases further adjourned to June 14.

Renatas Bizys (51), of 'no fixed abode' in Belfast; and Vilius Cizius (27), of 'no fixed abode', are charged in relation to April 21 this year.

They are also charged with fraud by false representation allegedly involving a credit card.

Ballymena Magistrates' Court heard a Lithuanian interpreter will be required in the case.
