Woman (54)  accused of possessing dolls as 'criminal property' has case sent to Antrim Crown Court

A WOMAN with a Ballymena address who is accused of possessing dolls and cosmetics as 'criminal property' has had the matter sent to Antrim Crown Court.

Deirdre Ann McKeown (54), with an address listed as Galgorm Road, is charged in relation to April 7 this year.

She is also charged with stealing three dolls worth £63 from Home Bargains in Belfast's Park Centre on January 26 this year and the theft of household goods from Poundland at the Braidwater Retail Park in Ballymena on March 12, 2021.

At Antrim Magistrates Court, sitting in Ballymena, the case was sent to Antrim Crown Court for arraignment on October 19.

The defendant, who appeared at court via video link, was given £500 bail.
