Woman is accused of 'possessing criminal property' at a storage facility

A COUNTY Antrim woman is accused of possessing 'criminal property' at a storage facility.

The defendant is Deirdre Anne McKeown (55), with addresses on charge sheets as Ashbourne Manor and Galgorm Road in Ballymena.

She faces four charges of possessing, concealing, converting and transferring 'criminal property' in relation to dates between May, 2016 and November, 2019.

According to the charge sheets it allegedly involved 'stolen toys, games, stationary, make-up, electric toothbrushes, diet pills, supplements, suncreams, electronics and other items'.

At Ballymena Magistrates Court (main picture) the case was adjourned to January 11.
