A COURT heard a woman caught drink driving in Newtownards had been returning home following an "argument" whilst staying at a caravan in Millisle.
Claire Ramsey (46), of Greenlea Drive, Ards, was detected in the Abbot Drive area on May 30 this year.
The defendant had an alcohol in breath reading of 66 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath - the legal limit is 35.
A defence lawyer said it was accepted the defendant should not have driven after consuming drink.
At Newtownards Magistrates Court on November 15 the defendant was banned from driving for a year and fined £250.
